Step 2 — Free Initial Consultation
We’ll arrange a free 20-minute introductory call or video chat to discuss your project in more detail. This helps us understand the scope, identify the right services for you, and give you an honest assessment of what’s involved. We’ll also explain our fees clearly at this stage — no hidden costs.
Step 3 — We Build Your Consultancy Plan
Based on your project, we put together a tailored consultancy plan. This might include a written project scope, a materials list, a phased build schedule, building regulations advice, or a combination of all of these. For on-site consultations, we’ll arrange a visit at a time that suits you.
Step 4 — Ongoing Support
Our support doesn’t stop once we’ve delivered your plan. We’re available throughout your project to answer questions, review progress, help you troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments as your project evolves. Think of us as your expert friend on the end of the phone — one who actually knows what they’re talking about.
Step 5 — Project Complete
